The Grundfos JP 5-48-PM1 pump with Pressure Manager is suitable for a large range of domestic applications. The pressure manager starts the pump when pressure drops below 150kPa and keeps the pump running as long as there is water being used, ensuring constant water pressure. The pressure manager also incorporates dry running protection that automatically stops the pump in the case of no water supply, lowering the risk of pump damage, and an anti-cycling feature that will stop the pump in case of a minor leak in the system.

The pump is a robust jet pump design built from corrosion free materials to ensure a long life.
