Dairy & Milking Equipment

We realise the importance of keeping your milking equipment running, and that down time must be kept to a minimum. For this reason, we keep a large range of genuine DeLaval spare parts in stock on our shelves. As well as spares, we also keep a full range of rubberware, including liners and milk tube, milk filters and Dairy Chemicals and Detergents.

Most genuine DeLaval products and spare parts have their part number stamped or marked on the item, wherever possible, please quote this number when ordering.

Although we are DeLaval agents, we have access to a large range of other brands of milking equipment, please contact the spare parts team with your enquiry.

Polythene Pipe & Fittings

Polythene pipes and fittings are a major part of any rural landscape. We keep a range of fittings from Philmac, Guyco and Plasson, in both Rural and Metric fittings and screwed fittings. Sizes range from 3/4” through to 2” for our Rural range, and from 20mm through to 63mm in the Metric range, with larger sizes available.

We stock quantities of polythene pipe in the above sizes up to 63mm PN16.

Diesel Engines

Agricultural diesel engines are a reliable and economical power source on the farm. There are typically used to drive water transfer pumps, borehole pumps and generators, and they often run for long periods of time without stopping.

We keep a range of genuine oil, air and fuel filters on our shelf for the 4 brands of stationery engines that we sell, to keep your engine running reliably for a long time. When the inevitable does happen though, we carry a large stock of the common spare parts for Hatz, Kubota, Lister and Yanmar engines, and those parts not on our shelf can usually be sourced within 24 hours for orders placed before 1:00pm.

In order for us to supply the correct parts however, we do need some information from you.

Our suppliers all build a range of different specifications for their engines depending on their applications, so it is important that we have the model number and serial number of your engine before we order parts. This information can usually be found on the engine itself, the guide below should help you to locate these numbers.

HATZ: Engine plate is fixed to flywheel cowling or engine block, and contains a 13 digit serial number.

KUBOTA: RK & RT Series - lower engine block crank handle side, NSM & 03 Series - under the Injection Pump, 05 Series - Below last exhaust port, V3300 Series - Rear inlet side of the block.
*Please note that we cannot source parts for other ranges of Kubota equipment such as Mowers, Tractors, Excavators or Krone equipment.

LISTER: We only require the Serial Number of your engine when ordering parts, located on metal plate, mounted on the intake manifold.

YANMAR: Please provide Model and Serial Numbers when ordering parts. L-Series engines, these can be found on cowling around upper cylinder. TF Series are found on crank-handle side of engine, and serial number is stamped into engine block below fuel filter bowl. TNE & TNV Series, specification plate is fixed to tappet cover.

Power Equipment

Power equipment covers a very broad range of equipment from stationary petrol and diesel engines though to generators, engine driven pumps, landscaping equipment, pressure cleaners and garden care equipment.

We are agents for a range of Crommelins and Cromtech equipment which are powered by Robin (Subaru) petrol and diesel engines.

We can source Robin (Subaru) parts for all current engine and equipment series. Parts are usually available within 48 hours provided that the order is received before 2:00pm. We keep a limited range of replacement items such as filters in stock for the engines. Please provide production numbers and serial number when ordering parts.

Power Transmission

Pulleys

We carry a large range of alloy pulleys in both ‘A’ and ‘B’ sections in single and double groove pulleys. Pulley sizes range from 1.1/2” through to 18” for the A section, and 2” to 18” for the B section. Standard bore sizes are 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4” and 1”, but we can turn them out to metric sizes if required. We can also source taper lock pulleys in most size combinations. Vee Belts

We have always been stockists for a large selection of Industrial Vee Belts from ‘A’ Section to ‘C’ Section. We carry a fully range of sizes in these sections, with other sizes available in ‘M’ and ‘SPZ’ series. We have access to a much wider range of belts also, including Multi-Banded, Double Sided, Cogged, Variable Speed and Multirib Poly Vee-Belts.
